Our commitment
DESIREOS LTD operates a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any form of coerced or non-consensual activity. We are committed to running a lawful, safe platform and to cooperating fully with law enforcement and child-protection bodies.
An entirely AI-generated platform
Every companion, conversation, and image on DesireOS is entirely AI-generated from fictional personas. No real people are recruited, depicted, employed, or paid as performers, so no person can be trafficked or exploited in the production of our content. This policy nonetheless governs all use of the platform and our wider operations.
Strictly prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination and reporting to the authorities: any content, request, or conduct relating to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or forced labour; any sexualisation of a minor or content that appears to depict a minor (child sexual abuse and exploitation, “CSAE”); non-consensual sexual content or the depiction of a real, identifiable person without their consent; and any attempt to use a companion to generate any of the foregoing.
Age & identity safeguards
Access to 18+ content requires age verification through our verification provider, and any account identified as belonging to a minor is terminated immediately. We maintain technical and human safeguards designed to detect and block CSAE prompts and outputs.
Detection, moderation & enforcement
We employ automated filtering, prompt and output moderation, and human review to detect and prevent prohibited content and conduct. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal, account termination, preservation of relevant records, and reporting where required by law.
Reporting & cooperation with authorities
We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant national authority, and we cooperate with lawful law-enforcement requests. We preserve account and access records to assist lawful investigations.
How to report a concern
To report suspected trafficking, exploitation, CSAE, or non-consensual content, email [email protected] immediately, or use our report form. Reports are prioritised and investigated within 24 hours.
Review
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated as our safeguards and legal obligations evolve.
