1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions are paid one billing period at a time in cryptocurrency and do not renew automatically. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to the free tier. To continue, you renew manually from Account, then Billing — you are never charged automatically.
3. 14-day cancellation right
New subscribers in the UK and EU have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, by subscribing you ask for and consent to that immediate access and acknowledge that the automatic 14-day cancellation right is lost once you begin using the paid features. Where you have not used any paid digital content (such as coins or credits), we will refund your first subscription payment if you contact us within 14 days.
4. Coins and credit packs
Coin and credit packs are digital content delivered to your account immediately and are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise or where a technical fault prevented delivery.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or a purchase failed to deliver, contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified error.
6. How to cancel
To cancel a subscription, go to Account, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. You will receive confirmation by email.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] or use our Support form with your account email and the date of the payment. Because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, an approved refund is issued as a manual transfer to a wallet address you provide, in the original cryptocurrency where possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours and to resolve approved refunds within 7 business days.
8. Payment records and disputes
Crypto payments do not appear on any bank or card statement and, once confirmed on-chain, are final and cannot be reversed. If you do not recognise a payment or believe there has been an error, contact us first and we will investigate and resolve any verified error. When card payments become available, card charges will appear on your statement as DSOS*HELP.COM.
