Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using DesireOS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Complaints Policy, and every other policy linked in our footer, each incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use DesireOS. You must complete age verification through our verification provider before accessing any 18+ content. Any account found to belong to a minor is terminated immediately.

To access most features you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure and confidential. One account per person. You may not share, sell, transfer, or register an account on behalf of another person, nor register using false or another person’s information. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.

All prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and charged through our payment processor. We currently accept cryptocurrency; card payment may be offered in future. Crypto subscriptions are paid one billing period at a time and do not auto-renew — access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and then reverts to the free tier unless you choose to renew. Card subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically at the then-current price each billing period until you cancel. Tokens are a prepaid virtual credit with no cash value; once spent to unlock content they are final and non-refundable. You authorise us and our processor to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts you approve at checkout. Your billing descriptor and full refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. For crypto subscriptions there is nothing to cancel — simply do not renew and you will not be charged again; access remains until the end of the period you have paid for. For recurring card subscriptions (where offered), cancelling before your next renewal date stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the current period. Cancellation does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the current period except as required by law or under our Refund Policy.

If you have any billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] — we resolve the large majority of billing queries within one business day. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms: it denies us the opportunity to resolve the matter and, because every purchase delivers digital access immediately, is treated as a wrongful dispute. We retain detailed records of account activity, age verification, and content access in order to respond to disputes. Accounts associated with a fraudulent or wrongful chargeback may be suspended or terminated and barred from future use, and outstanding balances may be referred for recovery.

Your use of DesireOS is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, you agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, age, or geographic controls, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, resell or redistribute access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Every companion, conversation, and image on DesireOS is AI-generated from fictional personas — no real people are depicted. The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities: any content or request that sexualises a minor or appears to depict a minor (zero tolerance — see our Age Verification Policy and our CSAE safeguards); content depicting a real, identifiable person without consent; non-consensual, trafficking-related, incestuous, bestial, or otherwise illegal themes; any attempt to make a companion produce the above; and harassment, threats, or unlawful use of the service. You retain rights to original content you create within the service. We retain all rights to the platform, the companions, and the underlying technology and models.

Every companion and all content on DesireOS is AI-generated from fictional personas — no real performers are depicted and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping does not apply. The operator (DESIREOS LTD, company no. 17193635) and records-custodian details are provided in our 2257 Compliance Statement.

You may terminate at any time via your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, chargeback terms, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — survive.

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for emotional reliance on AI companions; please consult a qualified professional for mental-health concerns. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
